2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Restaurant Dizen reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: payment on site at the restaurant when you collect your order. Accepted methods: cash and bank card.
4. Delivery / collection
Click & Collect: collection at the restaurant only, at the time slot chosen when ordering. Preparation time is shown when you order. No delivery by the restaurant.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
